ABOUT US
Countryside Closeouts is a business to business firm specializing in low-cost, high return retail products to dollar stores; eBay stores; convenience stores; thrift centers; discount stores; discount furniture stores; hardware stores and other businesses interested in selling quality products bought at aggressive, below wholesale prices.

We believe in passing a real cost value to our customer, where both Countryside and the customer win on any sale. We take care of our customers whether they buy products by the case, the pallet or the truckload.

Our online catalog features products that are closeouts, overstocks, returns, scratch and dent, inventory buy-outs and going out of business acquisitions.

BROKER STATEMENT 
Countryside Closeouts is not a broker. Our items are physically located in our distribution center at 1309 Ridgley Ave., Springfield, IL 62702. We maintain over 250 truckloads of merchandise to choose from.

 

SALES
Countryside Closeouts is a business to business supplier. For questions about ordering, case or quantity amounts, truck-load volume pricing or to place an order; call us at (217) 241-3785 from 6 a.m. until 3 p.m. Monday through Friday, Central Standard Time.

PAYMENT
Countryside Closeouts accepts VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Cashier’s Check, Money Order and wire transfers. NO PERSONAL CHECKS ACCEPTED.

PRICES
Countryside is a very aggressive buyer, often buying many truckloads of products far below wholesale. These savings are passed along to our customers. Prices displayed in our catalog are the per item/unit cost. To secure those prices, you must purchase the entire deal. We do not sell individual items unless specifically noted.

For example, if the item description states that an item costs $0.65 each and there are 10 units per deal, the total cost will be $6.50 (10 units x $0.65 each = $6.50). You MUST take the entire deal. This also applies for case lots, pallet lots, and truckload lots. We do not break case lots.

ORDERING
Customers may mix and match as long as the order is in case lots (i.e. 48 items to a case, you MUST purchase all 48 items, or when an item says 24 for $10.00, you MUST take all.) We do not break case lots.

All orders MUST be paid at by the completion of the order. Countryside does not extend credit.

SHIPPING
Since item size, weight and order amount varies greatly from customer to customer, we'll work with you to ship products to your business the most cost-effective way possible. We generally ship one pallet or more at a time. Many of our customers have preferred freight shipping services. We will figure actual shipping weight in our warehouse to your door and contact you by telephone (preferred) or by email with the shipping charges. Orders purchased online do not ship until instructions for shipping are resolved. All shipping expenses are the responsibility of the buyer.

If you have a tax number, please fax us a copy of your certificate for our records (new customers only).
